Terms of Use

1. The Digital Home

The Digital Home provides an online environment where users may explore information, interact with content, submit questions, receive responses, access experiences and, where available, purchase products or services associated with Rasmus.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Digital Home at any time.

2. User Accounts

Where an account is required, users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Users may not use another person's account or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another account or to the Digital Home.

3. User Content

Users may submit questions, comments and other content through the Digital Home (“User Content”).

Users remain responsible for the User Content they submit.

Users must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, invasive of another person's privacy, or that infringes intellectual-property or other rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant House of Lassgård a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, analyse and use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, develop and improve the Digital Home and related services.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property to House of Lassgård.

4. Interaction Data

The Digital Home may analyse questions, interactions, usage patterns and other interaction data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Such analysis may be used to understand how supporters interact with the Digital Home, identify general interests and patterns, improve functionality and develop new products, services, content and experiences.

Where reasonably possible, information used for these purposes may be aggregated, anonymised or otherwise processed so that it is not directly associated with an identifiable individual.

5. Artificial Intelligence

The Digital Home may use artificial intelligence, machine-learning systems and other automated technologies.

Responses or information generated through such systems may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

The Digital Home does not guarantee that AI-assisted responses are accurate, complete or current.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content presented through the Digital Home should not be understood as personally written or reviewed by Rasmus.

6. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Digital Home is for general informational and entertainment purposes.

The Digital Home does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.

Users should not rely on information provided through the Digital Home as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Digital Home and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to House of Lassgård or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

• software;
• source code;
• object code;
• algorithms;
• system architecture;
• databases and database structures;
• APIs;
• integrations;
• interfaces;
• UX and UI designs;
• graphics;
• animations;
• trademarks;
• logos;
• branding;
• documentation;
• proprietary processes;
• methodologies;
• know-how;
• and other technology or materials used to create or operate the Digital Home.

Except for the limited right to use the Digital Home in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights or licences are granted to users.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, extract, replicate or commercially exploit the Digital Home or its underlying technology without prior written permission.

8. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments or other feedback concerning the Digital Home, House of Lassgård may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that such use does not violate applicable privacy law.

9. Third-Party Services

The Digital Home may rely upon or integrate with third-party platforms and services, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, security, AI and other technology providers.

House of Lassgård does not control the independent operation of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability or policies.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

10. Availability

The Digital Home is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Digital Home will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from defects.

Maintenance, updates, security measures, third-party failures or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Digital Home and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of information presented through the Digital Home.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of Lassgård LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Digital Home.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of House of Lassgård arising from or relating to the Digital Home will be limited to the greater of:

(a) the amount paid by the user to House of Lassgård for the relevant service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own use of the Digital Home and for information or content they submit.

Users agree not to use the Digital Home in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of House of Lassgård or any third party.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless House of Lassgård LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable expenses arising from:

(a) unlawful or prohibited use of the Digital Home;

(b) violation of these Terms; or

(c) User Content that infringes the rights of another person.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from House of Lassgård's own unlawful conduct or from liability that cannot legally be transferred to the user.

15. Children

The Digital Home is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information or comply with applicable legal requirements.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Digital Home where reasonably necessary to protect the Digital Home, its users, our intellectual property, security or legal rights, including where these Terms are violated.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to House of Lassgård LLC, subject to mandatory consumer-protection, privacy and other rights that apply to users under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of a mandatory legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published through the Digital Home with a revised “Last updated” date.
